Basic Customer Service Training
Aiming to raise the bar in efficiently handling customers, Bahandi Events Seminars and Trainings (BEST) conducted Basic Customer Service Training for PESO Store employees last February 13, 2017.
The participants were taught how to better serve customers through an intensive training comprised of management and personality theories facilitated by John Menguito. As part of the experiential phase of the training, employees were asked to simulate a usual day in their respective store branches while applying the customer service concepts in the workshop.
At the end of the training, employees were better equipped in providing the best customer service to their customers.
