Michelle Therese E. Navarra, BSN-RN, MAN

Lime, as she is often called, graduated from the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. A full-blooded theater enthusiast, she started her career as a facilitator for the Negros Summer Workshops right after graduation in 2004, while doing freelance film production work.

She then decided to ride the bandwagon, and took up Nursing in Riverside College. A Registered Nurse, Lime also finished her Masters of Arts in Nursing from the University of San Carlos in Cebu in 2010.

From the arts, Lime ventured into the healthcare sector as a clinical instructor in one of the universities in Bacolod City. It was during that exposure that opened up her eyes to the realities of not having enough insurance coverage, leading her to become a Financial Literacy Advocate.

Being a beneficiary, Lime finally joined the insurance industry after years of invitation from her Manager and Mentor, her mom, Tess. As an Executive Financial Advisor of AXA Philippines, she became a Consistent Producer Awardee, and eventually, an MDRT member.

MDRT or the Million Dollar Round Table is an association of the top 7% of the best financial advisors globally. An MDRT upholds best business practices and develop ethical and effective ways to cater to the client’s needs and interest.

Now an OIC for AXA Bacolod, she leads a team of empowered individuals who are as passionate as her in spreading their advocacy.

Lime has taken her advocacy up a notch by joining Bahandi's BEST to broaden her reach in empowering others through continuous knowledge and skills acquisition.
