Jeannie May obtained her bachelor's degree in Accountancy at Saint Louis University, Baguio City. Attended selected business and law subjects at the College of Law of the University of the Cordilleras.
​
She grew up in the sales industry empowering more women to be financially independent.
​
Helping in the family business since her high school days, she achieved her experience by helping her mom train more women in sales leadership and how to sell high quality products. She empowered them how to sell, share, show, and build a network of ‘inspired to influence’ and successful workforce.
​
She achieved her education but failed twice in the board exams.
​
That is why, she knows what it felt to start from nothing to grow into someone who grows others especially breadwinner moms.
​
In 2005, wanting to influence more women, she personally ventured into sales leadership. With over 14 years of experience now, she does life coaching as well as invite, inform, and inspire ambitious individuals to become borderless, excellent, dynamic business builders.
​
She attended in 2007 trainings by OCCI, a change consultancy specializing in paradigm shift interventions. It allows participants to reinvent oneself to create better relationships and results in life. Hence, started coaching committed individuals and advocates about helping families.
​
She has achieved advanced communicator and leader certifications by Toastmasters International, an international educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills present in 143 countries. Currently active and she held various educational and leadership roles.
​
She is currently an Executive Unit Head of AXA Philippines, a Personal Coach at Pinay Travelpreneur to various breadwinners and millennialpreneurs and she also conducts mentoring & coaching sessions to various insurance agencies, businesses, women life groups in the Cordilleras. She is a co-owner of a real estate family business and Borderless Financial Advisory Services, and now building her eSchool, Succeed By Design Academy.

She is also a volunteer life coach doing weekly squadding with ‘My Brothers Keeper’ at Baguio City Police Office and Cordillera Administrative Regional Training Center to help in the enhanced revitalized PNP internal cleansing strategy, PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2019-027.
